Stanford College of Higher Education is a TVEC-Registered Higher Education Institute (Reg. No. P18/0128) and a NYSCO-Approved Centre under the Ministry of Youth.
We are also an Approved Centre for recognised UK awarding organisations, including Qualifi and Gatehouse Awards, and work with academic and education partners to provide selected qualification and progression pathways.

Sri Lanka enacted the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, which was amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act, No. 22 of 2025. Official Gazette Extraordinary No. 2498/16 appoints 1 January 2027 as the commencement date for sections 2 and 3, Part I, and Part III of the Act.
Stanford College of Higher Education intends to maintain its data-handling practices in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan data-protection requirements as they come into force.
